Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timelines, cancellations, and what to do if your order arrives damaged.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer standard free shipping on all U.S. orders, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders typically take 10–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays) to process.

Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships. Delivery time starts after dispatch.

How does shipping work?

After we process and dispatch your order, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. You can use it to check your package location and estimated delivery date anytime.

Carrier We ship via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.
Typical delivery Most packages arrive within 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Do you provide international shipping?

We provide free return shipping within the U.S. states only and honor a 100% money-back guarantee according to our return policy.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product and your delivery location. Most orders arrive within 10 days to 3 weeks.

Some made-to-order items may take longer. If an item requires an extended timeline, our customer service team will inform you of the estimated delivery date before you place your order.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from the warehouse. To request a cancellation, email us at info@onzlay.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your cancellation request
  • The reason for cancellation

Orders that have been dispatched and are out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation.

Please inspect your order upon arrival

Please carefully inspect your product as soon as it arrives for any visible or concealed damage.

Visible damage

If your package shows visible damage, document the issue and email a description (and photos, if possible) to info@onzlay.com as soon as possible. If the damage is irreparable and not caused by shipping, the merchandise should be refused.

Concealed damage

If the outer packaging looks fine but the product is damaged, contact us for next steps. Email our customer service team at info@onzlay.com for further proceedings.
